HOW TO FIND US

Approaching from London leave the M4 at Junction24 and take the A449 to the junction with the A40 towards Brecon.  At the roundabout take the A470 to Builth Wells. You will find us about 4 miles north of Brecon on the left hand side (sign posted by brown Tourist signs).

From Cardiff, leave the M4 at Junction 32 and take the A470 to Brecon.  At Brecon take the A470 to Builth Wells.  You will find us 4 miles north of Brecon on the left-hand side.

From Birmingham and the West Midlands, take the M5 then M50 to Ross-on-Wye. From there take the A40 to Abergavenny and on to Crickhowell and Brecon.  Then the A470 to Builth Wells where you will find us 4 miles north of Brecon on the left hand side.

From West Wales take the A40 from Haverfordwest to Brecon.  From Brecon take the A470 to /Builth Wells where you will find us 4 miles north of Brecon on the left hand side.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.   If cancelled later the first night will be charged.  In the case of a no-show the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment

100 per cent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

Access Statement

Due to the age of  the building we are unable to undertake major changes to accommodate wheelchairs.  There is a small step to the bar/dining areas which are then on one level.  The toilet facilities are located in an area with three steps.  Any assistance required will be given on request.

All Bed and Breakfast accommodation is situated on the first floor,  there is no lift.  All showers in the en-suite facilities have steps into them.
